I have to admit my dogs are always on point when someone has food. They remind of that Snoopy cartoon when Snoopy is on top of his dog house and has his tilted down doing his vulture impersonation. Or maybe Chance from Homeward Bound moving food must follow. My poor kids are main target. In the morning they will be sitting their eating their poptarts and they hold it just a tad to far away from them and it's gone. Then I hear MOM Skeeter or King or Nadia Ate my POPTART. The frustration or sometimes exasperation is right there in their voices. I just tell them get another and don't feed this one to the dogs. They fire back with I didn't give it to him he took it. I just laugh these day might not happen every day, but if there is food there are the dogs. Even when I'm cooking anything in the kitchen here they come to try and lay under my feet in hopes I drop something. Where would we be with out the undying love of our pets, or is it the hope of a free hand out.
